Non-qualified and routine maintenance
A specialist service tailored to the second or holiday home market.  We have a network of maintenance subcontractors available to conduct minor and routine maintenance and repair work.  This service is available at weekends, out of hours, and at short notice.  To facilitate minor jobs we charge a minimum of 1 hour, with 30 minutes being the smallest increment thereafter.
 
Routine / pre-booked maintenance work covers the following:
* Repairing, re-fixing and re-attaching loose fittings such as toilet seats, curtain rails, pictures, mirrors, toilet roll holders, cabinet doors, annual PAT testing, Fire Safety, Smoke alarms etc.

* Servicing door and window locks.

* Tightening loose washers on dripping taps and plumbing work.

* Carpet, upholstery cleaning service.

* Gardening, strimming, weeding and general garden maintenance.

* Patio, balcony, window and outside area cleaning or repairs

* Pat testing class 1 & 2 

*  Fire risk assessments  

 
Qualified maintenance and trades
You can choose to use your own trades people and suppliers or tap into our local network of  qualified electricians, gas engineers, plumbers and other building operators.  We background and reference check all of our maintenance / trade persons, and in most cases we are able to source competitive market rates on your behalf.
